Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Have all original tags and packaging intact
- Not show signs of damage, use, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale / discounted items
- Customized or personalized products
- Beauty, hygiene, or intimate-use products
- Gift cards
- Perishable items (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping will be covered by us.
- For customer-initiated returns, return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
